Skin Pass Mill
These skin pass
mills are specifically designed for manufacturing sheet / strip of
medium hardness or to provide finish pass. The Rolls are made of alloy
steel and have high hardness, which is generally upto 65 HRC or more.
For increasing demands with respect to strip flatness, elongation and
roughness, especially for hard material grades, skin-pass mill is an
ideal solution due to higher rolling forces and torquest hat can be
achieved in this case.
